Issuing an official order on Wednesday, Assad ordered amnesty to military defectors and rebels who have fought against the government from the beginning of unrests on 2011 to May 2, 2012.

The order was put into practice last night and was announced state Syrian TV channels last nights.

All defectors from 95-96, 99-100 and 107 of military articles and 100, 101 and 146  of the constitution were granted amnesty.
