Syrian Kurdish chairman blames international community

The chief of Kurdistan Democratic Socities Congress in Syria blamed the international community for remaining silent in the wake of Turkey operation in Afrin, a Kurdish town in northern Syria.

Aldar Khalil stated, in an interview with Kurdpress, that Syria belongs to all Syrians and no one is more Syrian and we want to build it anew.

He added that the international community should be ashamed of the situation of the people in Afrin and northern Syria against Turkey’s incursion into the city.

Khalil went on to add that Turkey is seeking to divide Syria, adding that Turkey has not stopped short of any attempt in order to divide Syria and peoples’ will would defeat Turkey.
