Bomb blast in Iraq's Salahaddin province kills one

A bomb blast in a village near Khanaqin killed a civilian and injured three others.

The bomb planted in the village of Zanjele, west of Khormato in Salahaddin province, exploded on Friday, July 2nd, Avineh news website reported, citing security sources.

The blast reportedly targeted an Arab family in the area, killing the mother and injuring a child and two other members of the family.

Security sources in the area said the wounded were taken to Khormato Hospital and blamed ISIS for the bombing.
