No problems in passenger and commercial traffic with Kurdistan region: envoy

The Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Erbil, denied in an interview with a Kurdpress the reports of disruption in passenger and commercial traffic on the borders with the Kurdistan Region, saying: "All trade and commerce borders are open and the movement of the seven groups is underway with the Iraqi Kurdistan region.

Nasrullah Rashnoodi, Iran's Consul General in Erbil, stated: "It has been announced only at the border of Parviz Khan that Iranian citizens can travel without obtaining permission from the governor of Kermanshah province and the governor of Qasr Shirin, but in other provinces they must coordinate with the governors of the related provinces."

Due to a decision made by the West Azerbaijan Province Combating Corona Council, traffic was halted at the Haji Imran border crossing, but later the traffic process returned to normal.

Rashnoodi stressed that there is no disruption in passenger traffic and trade and commerce with the Iraqi Kurdistan قegion, and the previous case curing and medical affairs, students studying in one of the Iranian universities, holders of residence cards and business visas, and investors can travel in accordance with health instructions.
