Ammar Hakim strongly condemn assassination of Iranian scientist

The leader of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement and the Iraqi Coalition, Seyyed Ammar Hakim, condemned the assassination of the Iranian nuclear scientist Dr. Mohsen Fakhrizadeh and expressed his regret in this regard.

According to the media office of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement, Hakim made the remarks in a meeting with Iraj Masjidi, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Baghdad.

Seyyed Ammar Hakim condemned the assassination of Dr. Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, a nuclear scientist in Iran, and stated: "This scientist dedicated his life to serving his people and providing them with access to clean energy in their daily lives."

He also expressed his deep condolences to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the government and people of Iran and his family.

The meeting was held in the office of the Leader of the National Wisdom Movement in the Iraqi capital Baghdad where the two sides discussed the developments in Iraq and the region and bilateral relations and ways to expand them economically, culturally and socially in the interests of the two nations.

The Iraqi leader also emphasized that Iranian companies should invest in in all fields in Iraq.

Hakim also called early elections in Iraq a tool for reform, stressing that forming an extra-ethnic, multi-ethnic coalition is a good way to resolve the political crisis in Iraq.

The leader of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement also emphasized on the importance of security, transparency and sound elections, and ensuring freedom of choice away from espionage and the use of weapons.
