PUK chairman: Erbil and Baghdad need to reach a final agreement

The PUK leader called on the Kurdistan Regional Government and the central government of Iraq to take into account the current situation of the citizens and reach a final agreement on the budget and financial rights of the region in the 2021 budget of Iraq.
