Coordination Framework will work on resolving disputes between PUK and KDP: MP
An Iraqi parliament member from the Coordination Framework said the bloc insists on forming a new government in Baghdad as soon as possible.

Arif al-Hamami said Iraq cannot continue to withstand the crises and disputes and the Iraqi people can no longer wait for the delay in forming the government.
According to NRT he also said the Coordination Framework will mediate cooperation between the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) to resolve the issues between the two parties.
Iraqi political analyst Adnan al-Saraj said the Coordination Framework plays a significant role in mediation between the two Kurdish parties.
The bloc encouraged the PUK to reach an agreement with KDP to elect a candidate from both parties for the position of president of Iraq, he added.
MPs from the Sadrist Movement resigned from the parliament on June 12 and the Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Shakhawan Abdullah, said that without the Sadrist Movement in parliament, the second-largest Shia coalition, the Coordination Framework, can form the government.
