Arafat Karam, who is in charge of Iraqi affairs in the office of Masoud Barzani, the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), wrote in a tweet: "Whoever wants to become the best prime minister of Iraq after 2003 must adhere to four conditions."
The PM should;
1- Resolve issues and problems in relations between Baghdad and the Kurdistan Region.
2- Prevent foreign interference in the country.
3- Fight corruption and prosecute economic corruptors.
4- bring weapons only under the control of military and security organizations mentioned in the constitution.
