Also the KRG Deputy PM Qubad Talabani- expressed his condolence to General Kobani in a Twitter message on Wednesday.
Ms. Khazan passed away at the age of 87 in Kobani in Syria Kurdistan on Tuesday, January 19, due to a heart attack.
