&lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;The Secretary General of the Kurdistan Socialist Party Muhammad Haji Mahmoud told Asharq al-Awsat that the U.S., France and Britain have asked the Kurdistan Regional government to postpone its planned referendum for two years and the Kurdish and referendum issues will be discussed in a U.N. meeting, instead.&lt;/p&gt;
