Turkey cannot attack Tal Rifat and Manbij without the US or Russia permission: official
The head of public relations for the future Kurdish Movement Party in Syria said: "It is necessary that in a situation where Syrian Kurdistan is in danger of being occupied, the Syrian Kurdish movements should seek to solve their problems in order to create unity to bring peace back to this region."

"Turkey is serious about its threats and in the recent years it has carried out its threats. Turkey will not be able to attack northern Syria until it receives the green light to do the attack from the United States or Russia," Fadi Marie told Kurdpress in an interview.
He added: "Turkey received permission from Russia to enter Afrin and took permission from the United States to enter Sarikani and Grispi, so unless the two powers are satisfied, Turkey can not attack Tal Rifat or Manbij."
The member of the Kurdish National Council (ENKS) noted that Syrian Kurdistan is in danger every day and may be occupied by Turkey. In this situation, it is necessary for the Kurdish movements to seek to solve their problems and return to the negotiating table so that they can restore peace to Syrian Kurdistan by creating unity.
